These terms cover rodizio.ro, operated by the company identified above. It presents the restaurant, menu and contacts; it does not offer online ordering, payment or automatic reservation confirmation. Illegal use, attacks, abusive automated messages and unauthorised access are prohibited.

Menu, prices and allergens

The online menu is informational. Dishes, ingredients, quantities, availability and prices may change; confirm applicable details and prices before ordering. Photographs illustrate the selection and presentation may vary. Prices are in Romanian lei; taxes and the final amount are communicated before purchase as required by law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

For allergens, intolerances or dietary needs, ask the team for current information before ordering. Photographs and abbreviated descriptions are not complete ingredient lists or guarantees against cross-contamination. Confirm Churrasco and group-package conditions directly with the restaurant.

Reservations and events

Reservations require individual confirmation from the team. Sending the form or email, or seeing a success message, does not automatically reserve a table or accept an event proposal. The date, guest count, price, any deposit and amendment or cancellation conditions are agreed explicitly in the relevant correspondence or contract before payment.

Content, availability and links

Text, branding and photographs are protected by the rights of the operator or their respective owners. Personal browsing is permitted; commercial reproduction requires the right holder's permission. External services have their own rules. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but errors or interruptions may occur; please report them by email. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to receptie@rodizio.ro or to the registered office, describing the issue and providing details needed for a reply. You may contact Romania's consumer authority, ANPC, at anpc.ro and use legal dispute-resolution routes. Romanian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or legally established court jurisdiction. Changes to these terms are published on this page.
